We receive an email when an enquiry has been made and will then get in touch with the prospective client to discuss their requirements further. Our emails are hosted on password protected Google and BlueHost servers and any information that customers provide us are secure and not shared anywhere else.

We will collect your personal details when you request a quotation and make a purchase directly from us. This can be done via our online checkout option, a purchase order, or via email.

Filming

When filming we ensure that we get signed release forms from participants to ensure they give permission to appear in productions. Footage from shoots is stored on local hard-drives at our secured offices and is only accessible to the production team for editing purposes. We also use Dropbox to store footage. Dropbox comply with GDPR regulations and we use password protected folders for extra security. Upon client’s authorization, we might upload videos on Youtube or other platforms.
